Itinerary
Day 1
Welcome to ChobeYou will be picked by our driver from the airport and be taken to our cosy and comfortable guest house where upon arrival you will be saved with a welcome drink and a home cooked lunch. Depending on your time of arrival you will join the afternoon game drive which starts soon after lunch. If you arrive a bit later you will freshen up be served with a late lunch and relax. In the evening you will go to any nearby restaurant to have your dinner. Home cooked dinner can be arranged at an additional cost.
Day 2
Full day safariYou will wake up in the morning and have a hearty breakfast and get ready for the first safari event of the day, a game cruise along the Chobe River at 9am. There is an option to do an early morning game drive at an additional cost. The 3 hour cruise will take along the Chobe River where you will see lots of animals, hippos, elephants, buffalos, impalas, waterbucks, crocodiles and a wide variety of bird species. On the cruise you will be served with water and soft drinks/ sodas. The cruise will end at Chobe Safari Lodge jetty where you will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. After lunch it will be time for your second activity, a three hour afternoon game drive where you will continue your viewing of animals in their natural habitat. You will see giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and with luck the leopard and the lion. After the drive you will be returned to the guesthouse and freshen up and relax and then go for dinner later on your own accord or have us prepare dinner at an extra cost.
Day 3
Victoria Falls TripYou will get up and have breakfast then get picked up in an airconditioned minivan for your trip to Victoria Falls. You will be assisted through immigration and cross into Zimbabwe, a visa may be required to enter Zimbabwe and an additional entry fees into the falls (US$30 for Internationals, US$20 for SADC/ Regional visitors). You will have a guided tour of the majestic falls with a local knowledgeable guide who will take you through all the viewing points after which you will be free to do any other activities like bungee jumping, helicopter flip over the falls, zipline, gorge swing and also do shopping in the open corio market. After your activities you will be driven back to Kasane. Dinner will be on your own accord. If you get back in time you may decide to do a sunset cruise on the Chobe river.
Day 4
Last dayThis is the day to say goodbyes, after your breakfast you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight home carrying with you beautiful memories.
